Who controls your data

The data controller for personal information collected through timberwindowsanddoors.uk (Timber Windows & Doors) is S&K Group Holdings Ltd, company number 16703925, registered at Unit 1 Hems Crescent, Great Barr, Birmingham B43 5DG.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form or start a live chat we collect your name, telephone number, email address, postcode and any project details you choose to provide. We also collect standard analytics data about how the site is used.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, to deliver the work. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and contract performance once you place an order.

Who we share it with

Our form handler (Web3Forms) and live chat provider (Tawk.to) process submissions on our behalf. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for 24 months from last contact. Order records are retained for six years to meet accounting and warranty obligations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. To exercise any of these, email sales@timberwindowsanddoors.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
